Machining Our CNC machining services are multi axis capable.  We can machine a variety of materials (metals and plastics) to your specification. Mill Machine Envelope: 20 inches x 20 inches x 20 inches (LxWxH)  Lathe Machine Envelope: 8 inches x 48 inches (DxL)    3D Printing Our 3D Print services are dual extrusion capable and offer a variety of plastics.  Markforged Machine Envelope: 12 inches x 5 inches x 6 inches (LxWxH) Ultimaker Machine Envelope: 8 inches x 8 inches x 11 inches (LxWxH) Drawings/CAD/CAM  We can import your 3D models or create them from 2D drawings. The following file extensions are supported: .f3d, .sldprt, .step for import. 2D Drawings can be made from 3D models we create. Inspection/Quality Assurance If your project requires material certification we can provide that documentation. In process inspection is performed in machine or manually to ensure your parts meet or exceed your specifications. Wash, Rinse and Dry When your applications are environmentally sensitive we can degrease, wash, rinse with RO (Reverse Osmosis) and dry with compressed air for a spotless and clean part. Bead Blasting We can bead blast your finished parts on site. Machine Envelope: 44 inches x 22 inches x 22 inches (LxWxH) Coatings When your applications specifies for anodize or powder coating we partner with other local Arizona businesses.
